David Perry has been an attorney since 2008.  He litigates and negotiates real estate and construction disputes.  He is especially well versed in solving complicated title issues, in resolving real estate disputes and in finding ways through the problems that emerge from the nature of property transfers through wills and trusts.  He represents individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations who face risks to their property. David also handles matters involving condominium, contract, tort, and business contractual disputes.

As a trial attorney David has successfully litigated a wide variety of problems: He has handled disputes over easements and property boundaries, over sale contracts, over deed language and interpretation, and in similar high-value and complicated matters.  He has extensive experience in Massachusetts venues including the Land Court, Superior Court, Housing Court, and Probate and Family Court, along with zoning boards and administrative bodies in Massachusetts.  He also practices in Rhode Island.

David has a law degree from Georgetown University.  He has taught Latin and Greek to college students and maintains a lively interest in literature when not spending time on the coasts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts with his family.
