PRACTICE
Justin Birzon is the managing associate for the firm's New York office and is part of the Property Development and Land Use, Litigation, and Transactional Departments. He also handles a variety of personal injury matters.
Mr. Birzon’s practice includes land use and municipal law, landlord/tenant litigation, foreclosure defense, and civil litigation to recover damages for personal injury clients. He has provided entity formation, partnership and employment agreement drafting services to small businesses; annuity transfer services, insurance defense, and consumer bankruptcy representation.
Mr. Birzon is an editor for "The New York Environmental Lawyer," a quarterly publication of the New York State Bar Association.
